This is a safe space for us to better understand the LGBTQ family experience by reading, writing and sharing letters.
No matter your age or background, if you have been touched by the LGBTQ family equality movement, you are invited to submit a letter to The Rainbow Letters. Please note that currently we are only publishing letters written by people with LGBTQ parents.
Write a letter to anyone or anything in the world sharing your story as it pertains to the LGBTQ family equality movement
Try to keep your letters to 1,000 words or less
You can choose to write anonymously or identify yourself
We will follow up to let you know if your letter has been selected
If your letter is selected, you will have the opportunity to submit a photo of you/your family or an image that you feel represents your letter
Letter writers CAN edit their letters once submitted, if selected
